Terms & Conditions

In short: BobDevTeam sells license keys for Windows software (Bob Prime, SnapKee) that you install and run on your own computer. Payment is by cryptocurrency and is non-refundable. A license package is a 30-day period, not a calendar month. You are responsible for using our Software lawfully. We have no responsibility or liability for any illegal, criminal, or unlawful act you commit using our Software, and we are not responsible for what happens to your accounts on any third-party platform (like Facebook) our Software interacts with.

Section 1: This agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to bobdevteam.com, our purchase site, and your use of any BobDevTeam software, alongside our End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy. By visiting our website, purchasing a license, or using our Software, you agree to these Terms.

Section 2: Who can use our Software

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to purchase a license or use our Software. If you're purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.

Section 3: About us

BobDevTeam is a fully remote team with no physical office. All communication and support are handled online through our official channels (Telegram and our Contact page).

Section 4: Lawful use only, and no responsibility for your misuse

You are solely responsible for using our Software in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and with the terms of service of any third-party platform our Software interacts with (including Facebook, Instagram, and any other site supported by Bob Prime or SnapKee).

You must not use our Software to: commit fraud or run a scheme designed to obtain money or data by deception; infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy; scrape, download, or republish copyrighted content without the rights to do so; engage in spam, harassment, or coordinated inauthentic behavior; or violate the law of any jurisdiction you operate in.

BobDevTeam provides the Software as a tool only, and we have no control over how you choose to use it. We accept no responsibility and bear no liability whatsoever for any illegal, criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful act that you or anyone using your license commits with the Software. Full legal responsibility for such acts rests with you alone, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, fine, or legal cost arising from your unlawful use.

Automation features (including bulk account management, auto-posting, and account-recovery tools in Bob Prime) may violate the terms of service of the platforms they interact with. Using these features is your decision and at your own risk - see Section 9.

Section 5: Payment, license packages, and promotions

We accept cryptocurrency payment (currently USDT) through our official purchase site, bobdevteam-purchase.com, or via team members verified on our Contact page. We do not accept payment through any other channel.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

A "1 month" license package means 30 days from your date of purchase, not a calendar month. For example, if you purchase on the 15th, your license runs for 30 days from that date, regardless of how many days are in the calendar month.

We may change, add, remove, or modify any package, pricing, or promotion at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or announcement to users. Such changes do not affect a license period you have already paid for.

You are solely responsible for verifying the correct payment address, network (for example, BEP20 vs. TRC20), and amount before sending funds. We are not liable for funds sent to the wrong address, wrong network, or wrong amount, and cannot reverse a completed crypto transaction.

You are responsible for any network or platform fees charged by your wallet or exchange.

If a payment succeeds but a license key isn't delivered, contact support immediately with your transaction evidence - see our End-User License Agreement.

Section 6: Licenses purchased through resellers

We only provide full support for licenses purchased directly from BobDevTeam through our official channels. We are not responsible for the validity or support of licenses obtained through resale or unauthorized third parties.

Section 7: Support

You can reach support through our official Telegram group/channel or direct message with our support team. We aim to respond within 24 hours, though delays can occur.

To troubleshoot an issue, support may ask you for a screen recording, a photo/video of your computer configuration, or remote access to your computer - remote access is always given with your explicit approval, and you may decline it.

Please follow support's troubleshooting instructions; if you decline to follow reasonable instructions or stop responding, we may consider the issue resolved on our end.

Section 8: Suspension and termination

We may suspend or deactivate a license that is used in breach of these Terms, particularly Section 4, or where required by law. Fees already paid are not refunded on suspension or termination resulting from a breach.

Section 9: Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our Software is a tool you choose to run on your own devices and accounts. We do not control, and are not responsible for, any action taken by a third-party platform (such as account suspension, content removal, or reduced reach) as a result of how you use the Software, nor for any illegal, criminal, or unlawful act you commit using it (see Section 4). The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the license in question. Section 10: Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products and services change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use our website or Software after a material change means you accept the update.

Section 11: Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
