BobDevTeam is a fully remote team with no physical location. All communication and support are managed online through our designated platforms.

Payment Agreement:

• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Users are responsible for verifying the correct payment address before sending funds.

• We are not liable for payments sent to incorrect or unauthorized addresses.

• It is user's responsibility to confirm the Payment methods, Network, payment address, and payment amount.

• Users must double-check the payment amount. Any excess amount sent will not be refunded.

• To resolve any payment issues, users must send us full transaction details, including payment confirmation or receipts.

• Users must contact us as soon as possible in case of any payment-related issue.

License Purchase:

• License keys and support services are exclusively available to Users who purchase the license directly from BobDevTeam.

• Proof of payment, such as transaction evidence or communication with our support team at the time of purchase, is required for full support.

• In case the user completes a purchase on our website and experiences a system error (e.g., the transaction is processed, but the license key is not received), the user must contact our support team immediately. Please provide:

  • Proof of the transaction.

  • A screenshot or photo of the message displayed on our website.

• If the user has no proof, no license key will be provided unless a new one is purchased.

• We don't provide LOST AND FOUND SERVICE. Please carefully save your license key, as no new key will be provided until a new key is purchased.

Resale Policy:

• We hold no responsibility for supporting licenses obtained through resale or third-party vendors.

• Users must purchase licenses directly to receive official support.

License Transfers:

• Users may request to transfer their license key from one computer to another.

• Transfers will only be processed after notifying us in advance.

Unused License Key:

• An Unused License Key is defined as a license key that has been purchased but has not been activated or used on any system.

• All unused license keys are subject to aging and will expire after a designated period, as determined by the license system.

• The expiration of an unused license key will occur without exception or excuses. It is the User's responsibility to activate and use the license key within the specified time frame.

Support and Assistance:

• Users can report issues via the official Telegram group chat or direct messages to our support team.

• We strive to respond within 24 hours. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

• Our support might ask for a video recording or a photo of how our software is running on the user's computer.

• Our support might ask for a photo or a video record of the user's computer configuration related to our software to investigate the problem.

• Our support might ask for remote access to the user's computer to investigate the software issue, according to user approval.

• The user must follow our instructions to resolve the issue; any rejection or ignorance is equal to the issue has been solved.

Support Instructions:

• To ensure the software functions correctly, Users must strictly follow all instructions provided by our support team during troubleshooting or setup.

User Data:

• Our software uses the internet solely for verifying license keys and accessing APIs required for its functionality.

• Data Privacy: The software does not collect any personal user data or track user actions during its operation.
