End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and BobDevTeam ("we", "us") and governs your use of Bob Prime, SnapKee, and any other software we license (the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

This Agreement covers the license itself. Purchasing, payment, support, and lawful-use rules are in our Terms & Conditions, which also apply to you.

Section 1: License grant

Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as described in Section 5) license to install and use the Software on your own devices for your own business purposes, for the license term you purchased.

Section 2: What you may not do

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where the law gives you the right despite this restriction; copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software or your license key to anyone else; share a single license key across more devices or accounts than your license permits; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice in the Software; or use the Software for any purpose prohibited under our Terms & Conditions.

Section 3: Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. BobDevTeam retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement gives you no rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code.

Section 4: License keys

A license key is required to activate and use the Software.

Keep your license key safe. We do not offer a lost-and-found service - if you lose a valid, unused key, a replacement is only provided if you purchase a new license. See Section 6 for what counts as proof of purchase.

An unused license key (purchased but never activated) expires after a set period shown at the time of purchase. Expiration happens automatically and is not reversible.

Using a key you were not the original purchaser of (for example, a resold or shared key) is at your own risk - see Section 5.

Section 5: License transfers and resold licenses

You may request to move your license key from one device to another. Transfers are only processed after you notify us in advance through official support channels; we may reasonably limit how often a key can be transferred to prevent misuse.

Licenses must be purchased directly from BobDevTeam or a channel we officially list to qualify for support. We are not responsible for keys obtained through resellers or third parties we have not authorized, and we may decline to support or may deactivate such keys.

Section 6: Proof of purchase

If the Software or website fails to deliver your license key after a successful payment, contact support immediately with your transaction evidence (payment confirmation, transaction reference, and a screenshot of the error). Without proof of payment, we cannot issue a key without a new purchase.

Section 7: Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required for the Software to continue functioning correctly. We are not obligated to support older versions once an update is released.

Section 8: Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this Agreement. We may also revoke a license key used in violation of our Terms & Conditions, including unlawful use of the Software. On termination, you must stop using the Software.

Section 9: Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
