License Purchase:

• License keys and support services are exclusively available to Users who purchase the license directly from BobDevTeam.

• Proof of payment, such as transaction evidence, or communication with our support team at the time of purchase is required for full support.

• In case the user completes a purchase on our website and experiences a system error (e.g., the transaction is processed, but the license key is not received), the user must contact our support team immediately. Please provide:

  • Proof of the transaction.

  • A screenshot or photo of the message displayed on our website.

• If the user has no proof, no license key will be provided unless a new one is purchased.

Resale Policy:

• We hold no responsibility for supporting licenses obtained through resale or third-party vendors.

• Users must purchase licenses directly to receive official support.

License Transfers:

• Users may request to transfer their license key from one computer to another.

• Transfers will only be processed after notifying us in advance.

Unused License Key:

• An Unused License Key is defined as a license key that has been purchased but has not been activated or used on any system.

• All unused license keys are subject to aging and will expire after a designated period, as determined by the license system.

• The expiration of an unused license key will occur without exception or excuses. It is the User's responsibility to activate and use the license key within the specified time frame.

• Users can report issues via the official Telegram group chat or direct messages to our support team.

• We strive to respond within 24 hours. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Support Instructions:

• To ensure the software functions correctly, Users must strictly follow all instructions provided by our support team during troubleshooting or setup.

User Data:

• Our software uses the internet solely for verifying license keys and accessing APIs required for its functionality.

• Data Privacy: The software does not collect any personal user data or track user actions during its operation.
